Here’s my shortcut recipe for making quick and easy Greek salad dressing. It’s not only for Greek salad. You can also use it on pasta or as a marinade. You’ll need the following:
a small glass jar with a lid
extra virgin olive oil
vinegar or lemon juice
mustard or anchovy paste
salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano
That is perfect – simple – but the perfect balance of flavors. YUM!
