This is the recipe for my morning smoothie

  • 1 cup Frozen berries or other frozen fruit
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 cups Almond milk
  • a splash of Kefir
  • 1 scoop Pea Protein powder
  • 1 cup Kale, spinach or other green leaf vegetable
  • 1 tsp Bea Bread
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
  2. Liquify until desired consistency
