Morning Smoothie

- 1 cup Frozen berries or other frozen fruit
- 1 Banana
- 2 cups Almond milk
- a splash of Kefir
- 1 scoop Pea Protein powder
- 1 cup Kale, spinach or other green leaf vegetable
- 1 tsp Bea Bread
- Combine all ingredients in a blender
- Liquify until desired consistency
