While staying at the Wynn Las Vegas, my husband and I went next door to the Venetian Palazzo and had dinner at Carnevino. Wow! If you want an impressively excellent steak, this is the place to go. This is a Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich restaurant. Also the mascarpone and guanciale mashed potatoes were out of this world!
