These are the cookbooks I refer to whenever I want to double check my flavor instincts or whip up a Greek dish I’ve never tried. All but the last one on the list are passed down from my mother Matina. The last one on the list was a 2010 Christmas gift from my cousins. I was wondering whether you could recommend any Greek cookery books that offer authentic, traditional recipes. I like to read about the country too, but I am more interested in traditional recipes. I have books by Sophia Skoura and Chrissa Paradissis and am hoping to expand my collection. Thanks.
